Basal Body Temperature Chart Question? - basal temperature chart
Hey guys,
I have a question, I am the basal body temperature chart every morning so that I can predict when I ovulate.
Well, the following questions
I get up to 4 times a night when I saw the bathroom about 2 hours and after a few times over the years .. only to awaken .. But I take my temperature when I wake up completely Clock 6.30 ..
It makes me wake up several times during the night, does it affect my readings?
